DescriptionThe Opportunity
Ulteig has an opportunity to hire a Senior Project Manager to work
specifically with Civil transportation projects for the various
states' Department of Transportation offices, ideally TXDOT, CDOT,
SDDOT, or NDDOT.
The candidate will develop client relationships and play an active
role in business development for the Civil Department. You will
play an important role in the growth of our Civil Transportation
Department. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the
successful initiation, planning, execution, control, and close-out
of complex, civil engineering projects in the Transportation
market.
The desired candidate must have exceptional leadership skills and
possess the ability to successfully navigate through and resolve
complex and oftentimes multi-functional challenges associated with
large projects. Additionally, this position will work closely with
the civil transportation team members and leadership while
providing mentorship and training to junior staff. Qualified
candidates can work from any Ulteig office location. Remote
locations will be considered.

Additional Opportunity Details:Target Base Compensation Range for
this role is $125,400 - $169,600* Factors that may be used to
determine your actual salary include your job specific skills,
education, training, job location, number of years of experience
related to this role and comparison to other employees already in
this role
