Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enablement Data Analyst to support
their Global Enablement Team by managing data analysis and
reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Own the enablement data ecosystem, analyzing data from various
sources to evaluate program effectiveness
Design and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports for real-time
insights into key metrics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate reporting
processes and enhance operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence,
focusing on sales enablement or operations
Proven experience in creating Tableau dashboards and reports for
key performance metrics
Strong understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and
Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets
Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Computer
Science, or a related field
