Job Description:
A company is looking for an Adjudication Analyst to join their
Customer Support Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical and analytical support on the adjudication
platform for eligibility, plan design, claims adjudication, and
data exchange
Troubleshoot and resolve adjudication issues and data
inconsistencies, producing detailed output reports
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and conduct
User Acceptance Testing on software solutions
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
At least 2+ years of experience in claims processing, medical
billing, healthcare benefits, or pharmacy benefits required
EDI experience preferred
Intermediate skill in SQL (preferably PostgreSQL) preferred
Intermediate skill in Microsoft Excel required
