Opportunity for Career Growth Job Summary:
- Coordinating clinical aspects of transplant patient care
- Maintaining 24-hour accountability for deceased organ offers
- Facilitating quality patient care for transplant patients, donors, and families
- Participating as a member of an interdisciplinary transplant team Education and/or Experience:
  - Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program preferred
  - Minimum of two to four years of medical/surgical nursing experience or nephrology experience preferred Licensure/Certification/Registration:
    - Registered Nurse license in the State of South Dakota required, may be required for Minnesota depending on assignment Work Schedule:
      - Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm, no weekends or holidays Pay:
        
        Hourly range: $32.50 - $48.75 per hour What Makes Avera Special?
