Job Description:
A company is looking for a Quality and Health Plan Relations
Manager to oversee health plan relations and quality performance
initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Engage in Joint Operating Committees with health plans to review
performance metrics and improvement strategies
Collaborate with the contracting team on health plan measures,
managing incentives and penalties
Prepare reports and presentations on quality performance and Star
ratings for senior management
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a health insurance or healthcare
setting
Understanding of healthcare quality measures (e.g., HEDIS, CAHPS,
STARS, CMS)
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare
Management, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
